"The staff was phenomenal. I did not like the reservation process for dining. "This is the smallest all-inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at, and we were a little apprehensive about what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised. The food in the veranda buffet was consistently very good, with good variation from day-to-day. The three specialty restaurants were all good with easy scheduling. Not sure if going in January had something to do with that. The facility was spotless, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
