"The property is good location. The building need some renovation. The furniture needs is old, Almost every day needed something to fix my sweet room. Air conditioning problems, light problems, furniture missing from a balcony. Besides that, I had a great time there. Everyone is very nice. They help me to planning a different tour. "This is a very nice, classic hotel that is nicely appointed, clean, has attentive staff, and is a good value. The neighborhood around it seems to have aged differently than this well-maintained hotel, but their staff and security kept us feeling unquestionably safe. There is a restaurant on the first floor and that is similarly well staffed. We would gladly stay here again."

"I've booked for two nights. At arrival they couldn't find our reservation to begin with. After waiting for 45 minutes the gave us a key to a room on the 1 floor. My room was the last on the corridor who was/in service. The other rooms after my room were out of service and there were safety shoes outside the room next to the open doors. In the corridor to my room ware a lot a bags with food leftovers in there corner. They stayed there for more than 30 hours. Thats how long we manage to stay...

"The staff were all amazing. Some speak english as well as spanish. The facilities and hotel are clean and we felt safe. The location is great, close to many things. The street is a little loud being in the city but slept well with ear plugsand eye covers. It the room could use a little updating but overall a great value for the orice! The property itself is very noce. Lots of expats live here. "
