"A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. "There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

"Beautiful weather sun by pool all day no shade, very helpful staff they all love English tourist, very quiet day and night, recently been updated,spent three days on deck chairs and swimming in the pool only saw one other person swimming, rooms fully air cons two bathrooms, full cooking utensils , can’t express how much we loved these apartments and will 100% be coming back reviews online are not accurate at all we went the end of June completely silent "

Also, directions for the washer/dryer would be great. Parking is hard to find. Have them give you the exact location of the garage to use. 25 Euro for overnight parking. "

"All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! "

A Fantastic Stay!

"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back! "
