Very nice property and would stay there again. This property was originally built in the1960s as a hotel, then converted to timeshare and rentals in the 1990s. Wyndam is the corporate umbrella that manages the property. Don't worry, there was no high pressure timeshare sales pitch. The property abutts a golf course not associated with the facility. Had a nice patio as we were on the first floor. Our view was just OK. Facility has two swimming pools and two hot tubs which were clean and well-maintained.
Property has been renovated several times and its kitchen and bath were fairly up to date. We rented a one-bedroom condo corner suite and were pleasantly surprised to see that it had two bathrooms, not one that we thought we rented, a nice perk. My only complaint was that the walls are very thin, probably due to the property's age, so you could hear your neighbors. Not a big deal as they seemed to quiet down in the evening. Also, there was a skylight, located on the wall by the ceiling, in the bedroom, somewhat annoying in that the sun beamed in the room at about 7:00 am. We tend to be late sleepers so would have preferred no skylight.
Property is located about 10 minutes from the PSP airport and downtown Palm Springs. Lots of eateries nearby, though none on the property. So good location. We stayed for a week at the end of February 2025.
