Location was perfect and staff was wonderful. Note - because the location is so ideal, it became loud sometimes and could hear a lot through my windows. Just be prepared for this based on choosing the location.

During our recent visit to Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Firenze, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff provided exceptional service and had great knowledge of the area. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing and dining. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would definitely return.

Room was right on the Arno river. Half a block from Pointe Verde bridge! Didn't appreciate the horribly loud truck right below our window that started pumping waste from the hotel. Started at midnight and lasted an hour!! Very good breakfast.
