"This was a great location near the plaza, which made it easily accessible to food and shopping. We walked in the apartment and literally fell in love. The decor was nice the, mattresses were comfortable, and it was extremely clean. The balcony views were aesthetically pleasing as well. We had everything we needed there. The host made sure to reach out and let us know they we could contact them about any concerns and needs we might have. It was a perfect location, and a perfect stay."

"We had reserved our stay at Casa del Horno months in advance, but did not stay there because the company changed our reservation just a few days before our travel, they moved us to a different property in a much less desirable location, but still more-or-less safe area (it was the last building before a pretty questionable part of town). "Could not locate property on google maps, address provided waa incorrect. It took us 2.5 hours to finally contact the property manager and that tooo with the help of another hotel , yhere was no email or text with the needed access code or instructions. The room is next to a couple of discos blasting music till 4am "
