"This property is beautifully maintained with golf-course-like grass and colorful flowers. The receptionists are all warm and helpful. Location is very conveniently situated between Whaler villages and other beaches. The bathroom shower ceiling was opened and revealed the dusty vents which was not a site I wanted to see but nonetheless the room was clean and tidy! "

"We were originally booked into a studio apartment, but when we got there the roof on that building was under repair causing a lot of noise and debris outside our assigned room. Called to complain and were promptly moved to another building and upgraded to a full apartment. Nice apartment with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. We really appreciated the response to our problem with the first room. "

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "Great location and grounds. Loved the cabana. The apartment was spacious but very dated. Lanai was quite dirty. We had to clean it ourselves prior to use. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having base start up materials especially even laundry detergent. Having an in suite washer drier was wonderful. We would definitely return."

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

"We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary. I notified the Hotel months before and requested a high floor facing Diamond Head. Also mentioned our late arrival time. We had a 21st floor room facing D.H. and the Clerk (James) scheduled a surprise gift which was supposed to be placed in our room on Thursday, but didn't make it until Saturday , however it was a nice bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as several packages of local Hawaiian snacks. Our room was clean and did show minor evidence of aging but still was very nice. All the hotel employees were courteous helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you are not planning to have a car. The hotel is conveniently located in Waikiki and close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking at the hotel is 70 dollars a day, which is about the same as most hotels in Waikiki. There is a hop on hop off bus and trolley system that we found to be very helpful to get around the island. I would recommend the Waikiki Trolley system 4 day all line pass. The Hyatt Regency in Waikiki made our special occasion exceptional."

"Overall an Amazing Stay, Paulette helped us in the lobby and her level of service is exceptional, another Gentleman who provided amazing service was Jhon Only small thing the pool area was not a great experience kids in the hot tub and not being cordial, big building blocking the sun "
