"Our unit has excellent ocean view watched beautiful Kona sunset every day itself worth price of admission. Kitchen very well stocked, water kettle for tea would be real nice. Facility quite dated but very clean well kept n maintained. Staff mostly friendly helpful. Parking is an adventure each day entrance n exit quite challenging be careful if driving larger vehicle. Finding parking spot can be crap shoot. Good location minutes drive from everything in town. Would definiely stay again when back...

"Property is a little dated but it's made up by the clean state of things. There's a lot of noise transfer specially from upstairs units, but I wasn't there very much so not an issue for me. "

"The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. And less than 20 mins drive from the airport. Property is safe. Free parking. No resort fees. I liked our apartment. Plenty of room. A king sized bed would fit, but the queen was comfortable. Fitted sheet had large bloodstaines on it, not just one. No housekeeping during our stay, which I'm fine with. Place was clean, plenty of towels for our 4 nights stay. We didn't cook but the kitchen had all that one would need. A/C units...

"Had a 2 bed 2 bath ocean front condo. These are individually owned and all furnished differently. Cannot beat the on the beach location. The outside ocean front deck was amazing! We sat out and watched the sunrise and sunset daily. The layout of the unit was great for our 5 adult size people. 4 full beds and a sofa bed. The condo has been updated. Nice to have a kitchen, with the view we cooked and ate at the condo 5 of our 7 nights. It could be a little cleaner, no housekeeping service. ...
