"I’ve been staying at Saga apartments over many many years. It’s always been a very pleasant stay. Except this time. The apartment 4008. The heater was not working properly ( they provided an electric heater after calling them) the dishwasher was broken, and also the freezer door was broken. I couldn’t really use the kitchen because of the dishes. I hope they will fix all the problems and won’t let anyone staying at an apartment without checking, making sure everything works properly. "
