No staff can’t speak English, prepare your Google Translate. Building looks old and rundown, I thought it was just outside appearance but the room I got (303) also bad. There are lots of moulds in bathroom ceiling, that makes the bathroom smell musty and terrible. Toilet also smells awful. The only good thing is staff let me stay 2 days in a row without checking in and out everyday and good location with cheap price.
