The staff was welcoming and friendly. We were quickly given our key. When we got to our room, the wall air conditioning was not properly installed in the wall and was left with gaps. A bug came from the keys in the jacuzzi tub and it was difficult to find lighting. Our pad lock locked on us and froze in place not allowing us to exit the room. . We were finally able to exit the room and we were refunded our money

There were not enough towels stocked in the bathroom for two people. Door to front lobby was locked/closed during breakfast. My mother (using a walker) was unable to go through the front lobby to get out to our car without me going out a different exit and down stairs to get the door open to allow her to get out. It happened (4) times in (2) days. This was not okay.

When we first arrived I thought it was going to be noisy because of construction all around the property. But it was not. We arrived on Labor Day weekend, no one was working. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to other travelers. I did find it a little expensive for 3 days, but being on the lake and having a patio to sit outside and enjoy the lake is worth it. The pool was very welcoming. We would stay here again.

The stay was an overall fine stay at an average hotel. The pool area could use some TLC, as well as some other areas of the property. The cleanliness was good and the beds, linens, and pillows were really comfy (important factor). The staff as kind and responsive.

The little pool was nice and the staff was friendly. However, there was a domestic dispute in the room next to us in the middle of the night and we didn't get much sleep. We called the manager twice about it and then asked for a refund for that night's stay. The manager was supposed to call me later on about my request but never did. When I tried calling them a day later, twice they hung up on me.

Worst hotel ever since new management, our sheets and blankets were dirty requested new ones and they never brought them to us. There pool had nasty stuff in it. Our rooms shower was broke and our plug for our jacuzzi wasn’t working. Asked for a new room and they told us we had to pay for a whole new room no refunds…. So my birthday weekend stay was not what I expected. The room was filled with condensation and wet. There was mold on the celling. Called to speak to a manager and the employee said I am complaining for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend staying here it’s horrible.
