The only decent thing about our stay was the beds. They were clean and comfortable. Did not find out about the $100 deposit until we got there. It was noisy, old, and dirty. Overall would not stay again.

Toilets didn't work in the bathrooms. One didn't even have water. After going to 2 different rooms with the same problem I asked for my money back and they said no and that they would give me another room on the other side. That rooms toilet did work but still felt dirty. The first rooms refrigerator was also covered in rust all over the entire front. Would never stay again

There was mold in the bathroom that I let the front desk staff and manager know about. They stated that they saw it but they always clean the bathrooms. When I told them I wanted a refund they refused. The door was not all the way closing.

Property needs to be upgraded and get better cleaning. Beds sheets had hairs and inside shower tub too. Air quality was not good due to the dirty dusty carpet in room 220. The light labs in the between the beds did not work to connect a phone charger. It was not a pleasant stay.

The pillows were awful. The bathtub needs attention, it had chips & other cracks that had been repaired poorly. Breakfast was served from 6 - 9 and we went at 8:30 and there was nothing left but cereal for the most part. The gentleman that checked us in was amazing.

Not an amazing place to stay
Our experience was not so good. Our room looked like a run down hotel room. Mold in the bathroom and top of the wall. A broken outlet between the beds that i can see in a picture from 4 months before. It could use work in the rooms. Went to breakfast about 45 minutes before breakfast was over and our choice was waffles or grits, unless you wanted to wait for sausage and eggs. Not impressed with this place.

Very dated facility. In dire need of a makeover. Not what we expected of a Windham…Location is fine, right off highway and next to a chick fil a….. Very nice staff member checked us in.

Room smelled of smoke pretty bad. We suspected it was a weed type smoke smell. While the room was is decent condition, it's in need of better repair. Looks like the cheapest handyman is hired to fix things. The lights in the ceiling at the front desk is a dead giveaway of how these owners do things. Someone put wafer lights in what must have been recessed light housings... they dont fit well and it looks like trash. Same thing for the light in the bathrooms. Electric outlet loose in wall, hole in the door, tv remotes dont work. Definitely minimal care given to the overall appearance of things. We stayed 1 night, family of 5. It was our only option, given the choice we would stay elsewhere.
