We stayed 3 nights and I know both of the first two mornings we would have liked it clean we didn’t leave the room until 11 or 1130 but we were on vacation and I felt that should have been accommodated. "We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. "My only problem was upon check in the room was out of shampoo, body wash, and there was no additional toilet paper. Limited towels as well. Staff was very prompt to bring supplies once I called. "
