"It was a beautiful hotel however check in wasn’t the greatest as information wasn’t clearly relayed and we had to wait hours to check in. No attempt to expedite was offered. Hotel restaurant wasn’t very accommodating to a lactose allergy "

"The hotel is located in downtown Ottawa, which means that it is within walking distance to everything. The suite in the hotel is large and clean. One can order foods directly delivered to one’s room, and the food is exceptional. The bathtub is also very comfortable."

"Everything was perfect except, we came back late (1:30 am) and the parking (undergroud) was closed supposed because it was full, so I had to park outside. When I got back into the hotel, there were plenty of spaces available. :("
