"Great location and the price was perfect for summer in Florida. Everything is expensive this year and the house was cheaper than a hotel room. The area was a bit rough, but we were safe. The driveway had a gate that i parked inside of the backyard, which helped us feel safe. The beds were average and not very comfortable. Theres no key for the back door so we always had to walk around front after parking, even in the Florida rain! The amenities were average. There was some dishes, but very basic...

"Very comfortable. Could use dish cloth and kitchen towels. Bill was very friendly and helpful. Clean, quite. If there was a sun screen on the end of Unit 3 it would be more comfortable sitting out in the morning. We will definitely book here again on our next visit, if available."

"My family spent the first part of our vacation at disney and finished the second half at this location. Everything was so easy and very well communicated. We were able to get right in upon our arrival and had no issues during our stay. The place was very clean and convenient to the beach. 3 minute walk to a very nice beach that wasnt overly busy. Haveing a washer and dryer on location was a life saver as we were able to go back home with all clean cloths. We will be staying at this place again...
