"Very good find for the price. Front desk was very friendly, did not expect the VIP access perk. Parking was actually very good, I thought we had to scramble for one, considering the area. It had one separate section upfront (downhill) and several more in the back. "

"Excellent value at a great budget! Minimal but clean comfortable rooms with clean bedding and parking included! Very friendly staff at checkin and upfront with their policies and rules. It looks like a family runs the motel and they really care about their customers and run a good business. The room has a fridge and coffee maker. The walk in shower is very spacious. The gate for the parking lot really makes a difference in feeling safe and that my vehicle is secure. Don’t let the location deter you, this business earns their quality! Just what i needed to visit Seattle without breaking the bank!"

"We stayed for our 20th Anniversary and the staff welcomed us with an anniversary treat including a handwritten card. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the room was luxurious and clean, and the bathroom perfection! Morning room service was fast. We enjoyed dinner at Ruth Chris next door and it was also lovely. Thank You Seattle Grand Hyatt! "
