“The lodge is a beautiful property. The people all seemed very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues. Our room was apparently directly below the bar, and the noise of voices and furniture moving was so loud we could hardly talk together. I don't suppose there's anything to be done about it, and it did end by 11 pm, somewhat past the bedtime of old folks like us. The other problem is squeaky door hinges. “Not a bad hotel room for the price. Room was clean and was good sized. The shower fixtures were not secured to the wall very good. Just minor things that would make hotel better. We have stayed here in 2024 and you can tell they have fixed up the hotel. We would stay again when we are in the area. ”
