Northwest Akron, Akron hotel rooms at the Independent

"The staff at this hotel was young, but they were so responsible & professional. I felt safe at this hotel & they were polite & kind to speak to when checking in. I would definitely choose this hotel again. It was a bit older, but the price was good, it was near stories & restaurants. Very nice to have a large kitchen. Best part was they had security when you use Wifi so I was able to work without interference which I had not had luck with at other hotels lately."

"The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). Not my direct server at the restaurant but shout out to Shawn/Sean, soo helpful and he want even my server..."

"This property was perfect for our quick overnight during a long journey. Our room was spacious and CLEAN! The beds were comfortable and we had a fridge microwave and coffee maker. Everything felt new and was in good repair."
