"This hotel is located just across the river from the train station. The adjacent area is Zürich’s main dining district and is not seedy at all as areas tend to be around train stations. There is shopping nearby on both sides of the river. We were more than happy with our room. In terms of safety, cleanliness and convenience, this hotel is hard to beat."

"Great location, 5 star customer service, friendly staff, modern and clean hotel. Just be aware that the images show an indoor soft play area for children and also an outdoor space with play equipment. These facilities are sadly not available at the hotel. We were kindly shown a family room, in case we wanted to move into one, but we were already unpacked and half way through our stay. Other than this, great hotel, cannot fault it!"
