"There was absolutely no signposting so could not find it & 'hotel' did not answer tel for several hours. The staff member was intrusive throughout the stay and made us pay in cash when booking confirmed paid by card. Room was poor - a v small and hot room with no adequate air conditioning. Bed uncomfortable. "

"The hotel is nice, but quite old. The room was certainly not worth the 4-star rating. The food was good but not exceptional. The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat).
