"There was absolutely no signposting so could not find it & 'hotel' did not answer tel for several hours. The staff member was intrusive throughout the stay and made us pay in cash when booking confirmed paid by card. Room was poor - a v small and hot room with no adequate air conditioning. Bed uncomfortable. "

"To start with, the beach which one sees on the hotel's promo pictures is 1) not easily reachable (the hotel is up on the hill and no way to reach it by car from elsewhere!) and 2) very small and inconvenient. We used it only once, and went with the car to other beaches (not in the nearby, though). The hotel amenities are fine but a renovation wouldn't hurt. "We liked : the views , the heated swimming pool , the gardens , close by national park , decoration of the hotel including the furnishings , the staff service , the lunch and dinner in the restaurant , available hot drinks Didn't like the high price of the food in the hotel and the same free breakfast evey day only option ( paying option available) . Considering the price for a stay at the hotel one would expect things like snorkeling sets , canoes , kettle ."
