"Loved this place, the property is beautiful with lots of trees and the river right behind it that my kids wnjoyed exploring. Felt very inmersed in the Costa rican nature and the place itself had verything we needed and accomodted all of us bif family. Loved the clean white cotton bed sheets and soft mattresses. We cooked several meals there and reated very well. The personnel was excellent and helpful. Had our clothes washed in 2 hours right on time for our trip.Th"

"I love the brand new building and all the hanging plants around the balcony was pretty. The kitchen had all ample utensils for cooking. The bathroom was beautifully put together. Not 1 bug got in the whole week I was there which for me made for a good nights sleep. There are 2 dogs next door that bark but its not too bad. "This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night. "

"This was a wonderful little gem of a place! I was so glad we found it when planning our trip. Very well maintained, the staff was so helpful and kind, and the hot springs were wonderful. We never felt like there was a lot of people around - which led to a very relaxing stay. Extra bonus was enjoying the animals from the farm randomly around the grounds. Would definitely come back here and bring our whole family!"

Hotel Magic Mountain SPA & Conference center

"I stayed at the Magic Mountain Hotel and encountered several issues during my stay. There were security concerns as someone knocked on our door after 10 PM, and when we called the provided security number, there was no response, leaving us feeling scared. The hotel lacked laundry service, and the front desk staff were not very customer service-oriented. Although breakfast was included, the menu was the same every day, which became monotonous. The hotel provided coupons for pool towels, but no towels were actually available, and they seemed very stingy about distributing them. Additionally, the check-out time was listed as 2 PM on Expedia, but the hotel changed it to 12 PM after booking, which was frustrating."
