“The room was very comfortable for a family of 3. A little dated bathroom but nothing horrible. Really loved the property and the waterpark! We also liked the central location. Everything seemed 20 min away. Would come back!!”

You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. “Great pool for kids, loved the access to the trails. Condition of room could have been better, but overall we were comfortable there”

“This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. ”

“We stayed for a week and it was amazing. It is very expensive. The resort is well taken care of. Staff was all friendly and pools were very well maintained along with other facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was decent and drinks good at the hotel restaurants we dined at. It was busy with kids since it was spring break so definitely family friendly.
