"Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant staff was friendly. Constant hum in the room from HVAC vent. One front desk person was unsympathetic. Late check out was mishandling and we were locked out. Took 3 attempts to fix the key. No apologies. "

"The hotel was nice and staff very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to access the entrance to the hotel because of a very busy roundabout right in front. For someone who is unfortunate enough to arrive at this roundabout during 5pm rush hour, good luck!!"
