"The staff was polite, pleasant, and checked me in quickly. What I really liked was the text from the front desk staff within the first 30 minutes of room entry. it was personalized with a staff member’s name asking if i needed anything. that was great "

"I had to check out of the hotel at 5 a.m. for an early departure, and I was honestly dreading the usual hassle of dealing with parking at that hour. But the valet service here completely turned that around. The valet driver was incredibly efficient and friendly, making the entire process seamless. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about during such an early, hectic start to the day. This level of service really stood out and made my experience much smoother."
