This time the room we were in was a bit noisy with the rooming neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault, just inconsiderate people. "Dec 2024 the property was in process of upgrading of all the rooms. Bathroom had delta faucets, ample lighting, nice walk-in shower. Friendly staff. One issue: reservation I made w Orbitz did not communicate effectively with hotel front desk computer system. Thus my reservation was not accounted for. Fortunately, I was able to talk to a human from Orbitz. Ha Tran. Who helped to resolve. Front desk staff was able to find it, but it was in the manager’s computer system."
