"This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!"

"The stay was nice and was comfy , just one problem was someone with the room above or somewhere upstairs, 3rd floor, kept making alot of stomping noise nd was aweful, tried callling front desk but phone busy signal,.. otherwise a good place to stay"

"This retro chic hotel was clean, located right in downtown, and paid close attention to detail but the best part was the people. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Each team member we encountered helped us out no questions asked and did so in a manner that made us feel valued and well cared for. A special shout out to Brie for her calm understanding and assistance with tough stressful matters. Would absolutely recommend to others."
