“clean and comfortable”

“We stayed at Barsala at Ballpark Heights during the Arch Madness basketball tournaments. This was convenience since as we were right next to Ballpark Village and within walking distance of the Enterprise Center. Upon arrival, we were without a few essential amenities; however, a quick text resolved that and those essentials were provided rather quickly.”

“Pros: The apartment was easy to access within walking distance of the metro. The shower had good hot water. The bed was very comfortable. There were complementary snacks provided, and there is a coffee shop connected to the building. Cons: The apartment did not provide bath towels, so we were unable to shower for the first half of our stay. When we reached out to the management, he never responded. His hours were M-F 8am-5pm, and our check-in time was 5pm on Friday to stay through Sunday. By...
