"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great communication. The area has a lot of dining options within walking distance that are not fast food chains. If you stay here, be aware that it can be noisy. We could hear conversations people outside were having even though the windows were closed. The noise machines in the bedroom were very helpful at night. That is a really thoughtful touch that we appreciated very much. We would definitely stay here again. "

"There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! They started being nicer to me as soon as I said that."

"While the apartment itself was very nice and clean, the area and the building were disgusting. There was human feces in front of the building and the hallway smelled awful. It is regretful that the things that make this location bad are outside of the owners control."

"There was nowhere to park. Carpets were dirty and stained and were not vacuumed. Blinds were broken. Had to leave the bathroom light on in order to run the ceiling fan on the bedroom. Needs an overall cleaning. "

"The directions from the Expedia itinerary did not take you to the address on the receipt. The property management company was non-responsive, and we ended up having to scramble for a place to sleep instead of relying on the Expedia itinerary. I will be following up with Expedia separately as this is unacceptable and caused great frustration during our trip."

"Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...

"Sewage in the sink, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, carpets stained. Like a worn out college dorm. 1 windo in entire 2 bedroom apt. Total garbage communication. We kept just being told that they were trying to reach the management and they were going to call a handyman. Nobody ever came when I say there was sewage in the sink I mean dried nasty sewage we could not use the kitchen."
