"After an hour plus on the phone with Expedia trying to straighten out our reservation in saint Augustine, Expedia made a reservation for us at the Hyatt Regency in Jacksonville. The welcoming staff was amazing and super pleasant. This place knocks it out of the park! I couldn’t be more pleased. Despite the aggravation of our Augustine reservation being screwed up, this place more than makes up for it."

"I liked the convenience to I-95 as I was on a long drive. It worked out that there were restaurants and gas nearby."

"Quaint bed and breakfast within walking distance to the Bayfront. Staff was very welcoming. The room was a bit outdated. The shower is in the bathtub 2 feet from the bed. Difficult to get in and out of. Loved the balcony though for more space. Breakfast was delicious but they ran out of water after one glass and never refilled the pitcher. The fresh homemade cookies were a lovely touch! Overall I would stay again! "
