"My wife and I spent 3 nights in July 2024. On property parking is a definite perk. The my wife and I fell in love with St. Francis as soon as we arrived. Beautiful courtyard and quaint inn. The breakfast was good and coffee was also great and always available. Everyone was so nice and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do for our first visit to St. Augustine. A heads up… it’s really hot in the summer obviously but the gnats love to harass you just about anywhere you go in St....

"We had an amazing time visiting St. Augustine during the Night of Lights. Staying at the Peace & Plenty B&B made it even more special. The quaintness of the home, which was decorated beautifully for the holidays, was the perfect backdrop to our weekend. The location was within walking distance of all the “happenings” and parking on property was included. A real plus. The Innkeper was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious! "Everything was as advertised and very nice. The location is just a few blocks from the center of the historic district. The breakfasts were made for us individually. Coffee wine hot chocolate water and soft drinks were always available on a complementary basis. The bathroom soaps and lotions were very nice. I can't think of anything that needed to be Improved."

"The Southern Wind Inn was a fantastic place to stay, very convenient to the old St. Augustine area. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to go to. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a convenience store about a mile away, also a nice walk. My only request for them is to improve the door sealing around the doors - it is an older building so getting some weather stripping on the doors will help with keeping the outside noises and weather out. We would consider returning...
