"We checked in a little after 3pm and the television for the room was being used for an employee training program. The TV was brought back around 4:30pm. The room was not serviced for the 3 days during the stay. The first day, we did forget by leaving the "Do Not Disturb" notice on the door. The facility is clearly the best for the Eagar/Springerville area in terms of newer build and very convenient for the grocery store and restaurant. Will probably stay there again but would make it clear...

Sadly the ppl they got to do the floors was a mistake for sure...lol So yeah, the tile work is awful and not to mention freezing when its 15° outside. "Room was clean (always a "biggie" for my wife, especially). Very convenient to highway. Gas station right across the street. Breakfast was good. Could use some "freshening" (it's an older facility, but in decent condition, aesthetically). "Tight" bathroom, which seems typical in a lot of places. Thought about using the hot tub, but it wasn't hot enough...didn't see a control anywhere where you could turn it up. Pool looked clean, which is nice for families with kids (or adults, for that matter)....
