“Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!”

“Ideal location with payable parking a few minutes walk away. The flat was clean but bathroom smelled of stale smoke. The bed had a double duvet with a super king cover so we didn’t use it as it was very uncomfortable with the cover getting tucked up in our legs all the time. I called the owner and she sent cleaners to replace it but they didn’t enter the flat as we had gone out. The owner offered to send over a different blanket but we only had 1 night left so I said don’t worry. Very good...

“Hotel was in an ideal location for what we needed (japfest in Silverstone). The room was a good size, we had a double bed and a single bed and there was still plenty of floor space. The room was clean, but showed signs of use (marks on walls, paint chipped off etc), still great for the price. There was 1 very flat pillow for everyone, and I couldn't find any extra, but asked on reception and they provided extras with no issues.
