"The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant did not always have everything on the menu. Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee. This is likely because there were hardly any guests so they dont make a pot of coffee. However on a day they had an influx of guests, it magically appeared. "My stay was amazing,the closeness to the Mall of Africa is a plus you can shop anytime. Overall the hotel was very clean. Something to consider is some complimentary drinking water."
