"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. On our checkout day we wanted to do a tour in Playa Coco and they held our bags for a few hours. The grounds were well kept. We had a little patio with rocking chairs that was comfortable to sit on while we made plans for the day. The hotel is a block from the beach and the walk is easy. Very close to restaurants and a small market if you need anything. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room itself was a little dated, but it was clean and...

"Overall nice property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. This is a hilly property, but they offer a very responsive shuttle service. Our room in bldg 14 offered a phenomenal view of the bay. We stayed at this resort about seven years ago. Not much has changed and some of the areas of the property are worn. That said all employees try hard to ensure a memorable stay. We would consider returning in the future. "
