"Everything was great as far as the hotel stay! However the tv in my room was not working and I called multiple times and no one ever came in to fix it! Also the morning before we checked out the cleaning people tried to come into our room at 9am when our check out was at 11am "

"We enjoyed our one night stay at MCM Elegante. Check in was fast and easy, The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is small but it had all of the usual's you expect to see at free hotel breakfast. The room was big and had a kitchenette. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. "Our stay was very well at this hotel. The staff accommodated us for everything that we needed that came up for a few things that did on our toilet didn’t flush the second day but right away. The manager was very quick to get us someone to give us a plunger so we could fix it. It’s not the nicest most fanciest hotel but it is a damn fancy hotel for the price of the room how cheap it came as well as we like the area we were in it wasn’t very ghetto wasn’t scary wasn’t really uncomfortable. "It was nice and convenient for me, but shower rod was falling down so taking a shower was not recommended and dish washer was not attached to anything so when I opened the door, it came out and couldn't really be loaded. A little maintenance is needed on some of the rooms...."
