The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "
