The short walk to campus allowed for multiple hassle free trips to campus & back. Was able to find free weekend parking 2 blocks away, allowing my jeep to sit in the same spot all weekend. Free breakfast was appreciated, supported and enjoyed local, family owned restaurants for dinner. Overall, pleased we experienced the culture of Gainesville instead of the "same old corporate strip" of hotels & chain restaurants of the highway."
