"My best friend and I plan a yearly trip together and this year we chose Cherokee and the surrounding area. Our hotel was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were up to date and the heat worked like a charm, even with very frigid weather. We also had the opportunity to see Elk in the area and snow! Overall, the hotel experience was great!"

The building is an older hotel and shows its age, but was in good condition. My only complaint would that lots of street noise can be heard, my room faced the road. Next I would request a room on the rear of the building. "

"We stayed here during a two-day visit to the Biltmore Estate, which is about a 5 minute drive. SUPER convenient, and a lot less costly than staying on the estate. Clean, quiet, easy highway access. Asheville was damaged during Hurricane Helene so rating the area for shopping and dining isn't relevant right now. But the area is being restored. "

"Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"
