"Upon arrival we spent an entire hour trying to figure out the parking — the parking garage was flooded as well as parts of the street, but there were no signs or personal directing traffic to park in the Harrah’s parking garage or other locations. Once we figured that part out (during check in) — check in was a breeze the young lady was very professional and had great conversations, can’t remember her name but she mention she would be on vacation the next few days. however, our room had a stink...

"It’s a nice hotel, I recommend to stay here and go to the voodoo experience."

"The property is at the center of the strip. I like the convenience of the location and how spacious the room but the water from the sink, baththub and shower area took 10-15mins to drain completely. Hopefully they will get that fixed."

"Great stay overall! Hotel was very clean and comfortable, only downsides were how crowded the pool was (that was expected, though) and the difficulty to find parking. It is always VERY difficult to find an open parking spot whenever we stay here!"
