"I would want to give this hotel 5*, however, at first my room have some issues (the wash sink didn’t drain at all, the water boiler didn’t work), the staff were so helpful try to fix most of the issues, one thing I still believe that a five star hotel with permanent dots stained bath tub is not acceptable. I could not enjoy a hot bath after a long day walking .. how sad, they also would not be able to change the room for me, so I subtract a start for this. The staffs are very nice and helpful...

"You are literally up in the clouds with the fog. The property is top notch, highly attentive staff who take care of you with a smile. They go out of their way to accommodate you. "Amazing stay at KK’s, our room on the 13th floor had the best views and comfortable beds ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Sarah at the front desk was most helpful, helping us to book activities and following up with us every morning. It’s only a few minutes walk from the center, so it’s been great to be a little further than all the action while still close to it. We really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. The only downside was the never ending construction next door, which is obviously beyond’s the hotel’s control. "

"I highly recommend this place. In the center of Sapa, has its own restaurant. If the owner invest in a coffee machine will be so much better for breakfast as we all want a good cup coffee before starting the day. Xuan ( Selena), front desk staff is excellent service. Our first time in Sapa, Xuan was helpful and resourceful. Would come again! "
