Pictures are way better in the website. Well located in Balboa island but next to a Liquor store .. it was so noisy around 2:00 am that I did not feel safe at the hotel , I had to notify the front desk so they will be able to call the police.

My boyfriend & I came here for our anniversary it was really clean & nicer than we anticipated. The location was perfect & close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly suggest staying here if you’re on a budget/just need a night or two.

Cute little hotel. Rooms have been revamped. Loved the bathroom mirror! And the shower got super hot!! But the street noise was so loud he woke me up several times throughout the night. The outside hallway light shine right through the little glass window on my hotel room door. It was so bright it lit up the whole air room!

Great location to everything which is in walking distance. A little loud in rooms since it is right on the Main Street so you can hear all the night noises.Overall, a very nice stay and rooms were comfortable.
