"Many issues with this property : bad location/unsafe neighborhood, strong cigarette smell in bedrooms, extremely small stairs, only one bathroom, very poor service(we asked for extra blanket, towels and pillows and they delivered after 2 nights ). this looks like run down/old house, don't go with photos "

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

"I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe. Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. "The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"This place was not kid friendly at all. They had balloons and dirty decor from the previous nights booking where little toddlers are able to pick things up and put it in there mouth. There was hair on the “freshly cleaned” towels. There was pink frosting on a blanket in room 5. There was a tremendous amount of snow and there was no salt spreaded by the owners. There was so much dirt under the sofas so once again not a kid friendly space. There is a cleaning fee for this property when booking...
