"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience. "It was amazing very spacious, very clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend families or group of friends to go have a wonderful experiences. The address brings you on the back road on the GPS map."

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"This is nt typicam house. This look like old offices and they tey to turn this to hotel facilities but terribke experienced. Beds were too cheap and also linen and comforter was old. It wasn’t goid experienced. I do not recommend this place. "

" Cute decor and cute design but there was open access to a scary/unsafe basement that we couldn't lock as well as the neighborhood being in a sketchy area. We were two women traveling alone and decided to move to another hotel."

"Many issues with this property : bad location/unsafe neighborhood, strong cigarette smell in bedrooms, extremely small stairs, only one bathroom, very poor service(we asked for extra blanket, towels and pillows and they delivered after 2 nights ). this looks like run down/old house, don't go with photos "

"No one showed up to let us in. No one sent us a code for the door. No one warned us we were going to be ghosted, and I even contact Expedia twice about this before we left, no one got back to me. I see this listing is still on, but "sold out". It should be removed."
