There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway that started getting into my room so I had to keep the vent on to remove whatever that odor was. There were a couple of Staff who were very friendly and helpful. The person responsible for having the breakfast ready is so hardworking to make sure the pancake machine was working, items refilled, etc.

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay. Most of the issues I had were due to my lack of reading notices (you have to ask for Room cleanup, etc). Staff was courteous and breakfast was decent. Personally, I liked the location.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel offering Asian food. The breakfast was good and was open from 7-10AM. Good location with a mall and Macy's nearby. It is two blocks from the subway for easy trips into Manhattan.
