New Braunfels is a nice area and the hotel is conveniently located. But all the doors around slam shut and wake you up easily. Bed was so horrible I ended up with back pain trying to find a spot to sleep that didn't hurt. Hopefully they're years of "construction" finally finish because nothing has changed. Still just average.

Shout out to Gino at the front desk! I stayed here for one night. I had an hour to kill after checkout before my flight. I asked for a towel at the front desk for the pool and Gino told me I need to leave the premises immediately because it was past check out and I was trespassing. I mentioned that other hotels usually allow you to use the grounds the day of checkout when you’re traveling Gino wasn’t haven’t it. Although I respect the right of hotel to say sorry it’s our hotel’s policy once checkout is complete you need to vacate the premises immediately, I don’t like the way I was treated. I feel like I was treated like a criminal versus a paying customer. Although the room had bugs, was dated, and had damages to the wall, bathroom door, and shower. I was willing to overlook these flaws but I don’t like being treated like a criminal when I am a paying customer. Motel 6 please feel free to contact if you would like further details.

The bed was awful the guest were yelling and running in the hallway T 1 am till 2 we couldn’t sleep with all there screaming and yelling profanity at each other

The hotel manager was so rude. We stay at this hotel for 3 weeks at a time and the hotel manager working (a gentlemen) told us to go stay somewhere else. Never staying here again.

1st room we got had mold in the ceiling. The second room we got was in the newer building. Walked in and there was a roach crawling up the curtains. Would not recommend very dirty and a lot of homeless people in the area living out of there. Building did not smell right. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Never again!
I rented 3 rooms, one had a dirty bathroom the shower had women’s hair stuck to the walls and the toilet seat was working but broken. There was only one bar of soap, no complimentary shampoo, conditioner or lotion like one usually finds. Room 2 had plumbing issues with water flow and Room 3 the A/C didn’t work properly and the room was hot, and in Texas it was getting hot at night very uncomfortable to sleep. We voiced our complaints but they went on deaf ears. Even when we checked in the lady could barely stand up she seemed to be in so much uncomfortable pain, and it took a while to find my 3rd room even though I showed her my reservation. The hotel is under a renovation but but it was the first floor and we were on the second floor. They had not breakfast, only coffee in the morning was offered. Never again!!!

Was decent, pool area was kind of dirty.. I went to take my towels to the front desk to get more and the lady threw the laundry basket at me to put them in, when I asked for 2 more for my last night instead of walking them to me she threw them at me. I thought that was rude, but probably just can’t find good staff. Room was decent.
