"Our stay was delightful. They were the only place in the city who accepted a reservation with a some what large dog and even helped me make the reservation since I was having a hard time. They checked me in at 11am so that me and the pup wouldnt have to wonder after a long drive. Our room had coffee and tea along with milk and cookies in the fridge. The Studios themselves are quite spacious and they all come with a kitchen, which is good for people like me who can't eat everything. Downstairs...

"The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. "The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. "

"The apartment is well designed and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment on street level which was quite odd and a bit noisy, but overall convenient for our need. The service was quite poor and we couldn’t get enough towels even after we notified them that we need more"
