"From reading other people's comments about the out dated looking rooms and loud airplane take-off/landings, i thought it wasn't bad for staying overnight. We was there end of November and Beijing is really cold, so we needed heating and had to use the A/C and that was louder so it drowns out the outside airplane sounds. "About a 15 minute walk from terminal 2 maybe double that dragging a chipping trunk sized bag. A bit tricky to find and potentially hazardous crossing busy road. The area is not pedestrian friendly. It’s not somewhere you’d stay to impress anyone although I did like their oversized carved lobby furniture. Adequate as a basic bolt hole when you have a late evening arrival and just want to sleep a bit before facing more travel in a strange new land."

"the worst hote experience ever! I starved the whole time I was there. No local food or restaurants close by. Staff was the worst. They would not provide a taxi number or call a taxi for me.
