Pools were nice. Parking was horrible. We had a room that sleep 6 and we had to take to cars. We could only one car and were told to take the other car and park it 7 miles away at Walmart. They had additional parking on property for 25.00 a day but none was available. 3 levels of parking garage was empty the entire stay

The suite we were in needs a major update. It was sparsely furnished. The appliances all need replacing. The beds were doubles not queens. The resort is nice but the parking deck is not connected to the building which makes loading/unloading very difficult. I

Great surprise. Got a 1 bedroom room and it was perfect for myself, husband and 4 year old. Whoever thought about the design of the room, though about everything. View is to die for, as soon you close your window you barely hear anything. My husband slept through fireworks at the beach. It’s a bid dated but staff is so nice and friendly and breakfast buffet was delicious.

This might be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in myrtle beach...its have its own restaurants and bars...not to mention like 15 pools combined...it was plenty of room and space for my family of 5..Definitely 10 out of 10..will definitely be back....the Only Downside is that we had to enter a 10 digit code every time we entered our room...but other than that..everthing was good.

We were on the 10th floor and elevators were not working consistently. My son also had his wedding there that weekend and we had to run down 10 flights of stairs to be there on time, and so did the bridal party. Apparently this is an ongoing issue but they do not notify you of this BEFORE booking. We are seniors and husband has copd. Couldnt switch rooms and basically told us to pound sand when I asked for a credit. The water pressure in the rooms wasnt that great. Toilets had to be flushed 2-3 times to clear out. Stairs were FILTHY. The ground floor hallway leading to the pool smelled like sewer gas. We ate in the cafe on premises Friday night, and the ribeyes were absolutely disgusting. They were cheap meat injected with some kind of solution and then microwaved. We ended up sending 2 meals back and just having them removed from the check. Place was not that clean. All in all it was not a good experience and would not stay there again.

1539 was a great room. Upgraded and fresh. Beautiful beach and pool views from the balcony. The pools (6) are clean with plenty of deck lounge chairs. Easy parking in the hotel deck. Fast elevators. Great front desk and lots of staff in the pool areas to kindly monitor and enforce the complex rules.

Condos at MB (especially in the summer) are not my cup of tea but it was necessary to find a place after picking family up at the local airport. The pools were great for the kids and it was convenient. But just average all around.

Meh. My wife enjoyed the beachfront access, and the views from the 7th floor. However, the many pools were filled with kids. The decks all played endless country music. Despite the no-smoking signs and policies, we were exposed to a variety of tobacco and marijuana smoke in many areas. Common areas were in less-than-premium condition. And the facility is relatively far from most tourist destinations. While not truly awful, we would not choose to stay here again.

The two bedroom condo that we stayed in on the penthouse floor was acceptable. The kitchen and bathrooms were dated. The toaster Burns the toast on 1/2 in the pans need to be replaced because the food is hard to get off of them because they are so old and the nonstick surface is worn off. You could wait 5 to 15 minutes for the elevator, but I think that will get better once they open the third elevator, which was, not up and running yet. I enjoyed the tiki bar outside, but also think it would be useful to have umbrellas on the tables otherwise no one wants to sit out in the sun with their beverages.
