We had an issue with our initial room next day we were moved and upgraded to a newly renovated room which met our needs. However it is a maze to get to the other side of the hotel especially rooms on floors 6-9. "

"This is a lovely hotel with great service, clean and quiet rooms, and good food in the restaurants and at breakfast. It's conveniently located on a bus line and has all the amenities. I did not try the fitness centre but I presume it's just as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Have stayed there twice, would go back again if in the area. If you need taxi service, I highly recommend Patrick with Valk Hotel Eindhoven-Best Airport Shuttle. He's a very helpful and friendly man. Ask at the front desk."

People around it had not heard and there were other people whom we met who also had trouble locating this place. They better provide some landmarks like next to City Hall or so."
