"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh...

The ice machine isn’t accessible due to construction and the front desk doesn’t have access to ice AND their little store didn’t have any water. The pool is closed for construction. Non of this was conveyed to us prior to check-in. The room was nice and clean. "

"Great option along I-71. One of the best points of this hotel is the staff. The service was great, they speak English that those of us who speak English is a first language can understand and do not have the negative foreign vibe that so many hotels do nowadays in America.
