Lovely clean hotel with complementary parking. Disliked the experience at checkout and the slightly arrogant tone of voice from the male receptionist. Hospitality training is recommended. There is no need to sound pretentious and rude that checkout was at 11 am.

The heater in our room would not work and the Ac kept coming on. We were freezing all night. The rugs in the hallway were lose causing bumps in hallway. I tripped over them several times. This is a hazard
