"The big bear lodge is a pretty great place to stay owners are super nice everything was clean each room has its own setup with different styles breakfast was great, the only thing is if you want snacks or drinks they do not have vending machines or ice machine so bring a cooler with you and snack other than that a super great place to stay !!!!"

"Highly recommend this bed and breakfast! I would definitely stay here again. It's a very comfortable place with amazing homemade breakfast and a friendly atmosphere. We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Mount Snow and it was a great location, too. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. There was a TV in the room, but it was very small and not great quality -- but, that wasn't what we wanted to stay for anyway! The ski locker room was a very cool feature if you want to get suited up...

"Lots of things were lovely; fantastic room service food (unbelievably fresh and delicious, better than anywhere I’ve ever eaten in a hotel while traveling), beautiful serene natural setting, and wonderful design of the buildings plus COOKIES and tea in the afternoon. "Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was basic, but that was expected due to the age of the building. Clean and sanitized, but definitely needed some “deep” cleaning, like dusting baseboards and taking marks off walls. Overall a good experience and in a great location. Would visit again!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff - kind and helpful. Had to go to several floors to find a drink vending machine that worked. The driveway was not plowed upon arrival. Most cars including myself got stuck trying to get out in the morning. I understand winter storms in VT but parking lot was poorly maintained - disappointing. "
